Orders
Each piece of jewellery and silversmithing is handcrafted by Iona with great care in her workshop.
Prices shown on this site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate. Iona takes care to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate.
All products remain the property of Iona Hall Jewellery until payment is received in full.
Delivery
Each piece is made to order so allow time for this, it should be ready for posting within one to two weeks from the order. If is it a silversmithing piece then this will be a premed unique item and will be ready to post within a few days. Iona reserves the right to change this arrangement, and will get in touch straight away if there are going to be any delays with your order. Please do let me know by email if you need the purchase by a specific date.
I will be posting the work through Royal Mail service and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs checks. I will be sent either special delivery or first class signed for depending on the value of the piece.
We offer international orders with a £15 flat rate for postage. All items to be posted internationally will be posted with a tracked & signed for service.
All jewellery pieces purchased will arrive in bespoke Iona Hall packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the piece if you are not happy with the order. The jewellery must be unworn and in their original condition.
Please contact Iona through email as soon as possible to arrange a return. Iona requests that you return the order in the packaging in which it was sent.
You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the item(s) back to Iona Hall Jewellery. Please ensure items for return are packaged safely and posted using a tracked, insured service, as we can't refund the work if it is damaged or lost when in transit. Please note commissioned and silversmithing items are non-returnable.
Cancelations
Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours after purchasing. Please email Iona should this situation arise.
Repairs
If you receive an order that is damaged or faulty, please contact Iona immediately via email. Where possible, we will endeavour to repair faulty items or replace them. Quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. In the rare case that this is not possible, we will refund you in full for your order.
Privacy policy
We respect your privacy. We will not publish or otherwise give away your address.
We do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by an independent secure online payment service provider. We accept payment online by credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) via the secure wix payment, or through Paypal. You'll be able to change your subscription settings at anytime.
